SPECIAL HOURS
On Wednesday May 29, 2013, the center will close at 5:30 pm.
On Saturday June 1, 2013, the center will be open until 7:00 pm for adoptions and all other services will end at 5:30 pm.

Licensing, Lost and Found, and Reclaim Hours

Field Services Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Weekend/Holiday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
Animal Control Officers are available 24-hours-a-day for emergencies.
Stray Animal Receiving
Daily 8:00am - 5:30pm (except Wednesday 8:00am - 7:00pm)
Monday - closed*
*Night receiving kennels for stray healthy animals from Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View and Santa Clara are available for drop-off when SVACA is closed. Animals from other jurisdictions are received at the Humane Society Silicon Valley, Palo Alto Animal Services, San Jose Animal Services or Santa Clara County Animal Control. For emergencies and/or injured stray animals in Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View or Santa Clara, please contact (408) 866-2101 and an Animal Control Officer will be dispatched to assist you. Please do not abandon owned animals at the center as it is illegal and violators will be prosecuted. SVACA offers animal surrender options for Campbell, Monte Sereno, Mountain View and Santa Clara residents during normal business hours.
When Center is Closed
For emergencies and/or injured stray animals, please contact (408) 866-2101 and an Animal Control Officer will be dispatched to assist you.
